Hi, I'm Marie. My journey with yoga has always been closely tied to my love for dance and movement. With over 7 years of teaching experience, I create classes that blend strength, flow, and freedom—helping you feel energized, balanced, and relaxed.
My background in contemporary dance shapes my teaching style, encouraging students to move naturally, connect with the rhythm, and listen to their own bodies. Since 2018, I've also been teaching yoga to children, focusing on building positive minds and healthier lifestyles through movement and fun.
