At ThotHub, we want you to feel confident in your yoga journey with us. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of your wellness goals while maintaining the integrity of our premium yoga programs and classes.
🕐 24-Hour Grace Period
Full refunds available within 24 hours of booking for individual classes and class packages. This gives you flexibility if your schedule changes unexpectedly.
📅 Class Cancellation Policy
Individual classes can be cancelled up to 4 hours before start time for full credit. Late cancellations receive 50% credit toward future classes.
🎯 Package & Program Refunds
- Multi-class packages: Prorated refunds based on unused classes
- Monthly memberships: Refunds available within first 7 days
- Special workshops: Refunds up to 48 hours before event
🏥 Medical & Emergency Exceptions
We offer compassionate refunds for medical emergencies, injuries, or life circumstances that prevent you from participating in your purchased classes or programs.
Detailed Refund Terms
Individual Class Bookings ($20 - $35 per class)
- Full Refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking or 4+ hours before class starts
- 50% Credit: Cancel 2-4 hours before class (applied to your account for future use)
- No Refund: Cancel less than 2 hours before class or no-show
- Class Credit: If you arrive late (15+ minutes), receive 50% credit for future classes
Class Packages & Memberships
- 5-Class Package: Full refund within 24 hours; prorated refund based on unused classes within 14 days
- 10-Class Package: Full refund within 48 hours; prorated refund based on unused classes within 30 days
- Monthly Unlimited: Full refund within 7 days if 2 or fewer classes attended
- 3-Month Programs: Refund available for remaining months with 14-day notice
💡 Class Credit System
When full refunds aren't available, we offer class credits that never expire. Use them for any class, workshop, or future program at ThotHub.
Special Circumstances & Exceptions
Medical & Health-Related Refunds
We understand that health comes first. If injury, illness, or pregnancy prevents you from safely participating in your purchased classes, we offer the following options:
- Full refund with medical documentation for unused classes/programs
- Unlimited class credit extension (credits never expire)
- Transfer to gentler class styles (prenatal, restorative, meditation)
- Temporary account pause for recovery periods up to 6 months
Life Circumstances
Major life changes happen. We provide flexible solutions for:
- Relocation: Full refund if moving more than 50 miles from our studio
- Job Loss: Payment plan options or extended credit periods
- Family Emergency: Compassionate refunds evaluated case-by-case
Class Cancellations by ThotHub
- Instructor illness: Full refund or free reschedule to any equivalent class
- Weather/Emergency: Automatic full refund or credit
- Schedule changes: 48-hour notice with refund or alternative class options

- Preferred resolution (refund, credit, or reschedule)
⚠️ Important Notes
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds to different cards or payment accounts for security reasons.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Completed Classes: Classes you attended and completed
- No-Shows: Classes missed without prior cancellation
- Retail Items: Yoga mats, props, or merchandise (unless defective)
- Gift Certificates: Once purchased, gift certificates cannot be refunded (but they never expire)
- Private Sessions: Cancelled less than 24 hours in advance
Partial Refund Situations
- Package Upgrades: If you upgrade a package, only the difference is refundable
- Promotional Rates: Classes purchased with special discounts may have different cancellation terms
- Workshop Series: Multi-day workshops refunded only for unused sessions
