Schedule Notes & Policies
Class Timing & Arrival
Classes begin promptly at scheduled times. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to settle in, set up your space, and connect with your breath before practice begins.
Instructor Substitutions
Occasionally, instructors may need substitutes due to illness or scheduling conflicts. We'll notify registered students via email when possible and ensure all substitute instructors maintain our quality and safety standards.
Holiday & Special Schedule

🎯 Class Size Limits
To ensure personalized attention and safety, most classes are limited to 15-20 students. Advanced classes may have smaller limits for intensive instruction.
