M a r i e Founder of Thothub
Hey I’m Marie, a vibrant person whose journey with yoga has been intertwined with my love for dance and movement. With over 7 years of teaching experience, my classes are a dynamic blend of strength, power, and fluidity, designed to energise, uplift, and help you unwind. My teaching style reflects my background in contemporary dance, encouraging you to move freely and let the music and your own body guide you.
My passion is to help guide others to embrace the physical and mental benefits of yoga. My teaching also extends to children, whom I’ve been guiding since 2018, creating positive minds and a healthier lifestyle through exercise & fun. Outside of teaching, I love time with family & friends and the transformative experience of Yoga. Being a member for over five years, I adore the pod, the vibe, and the personal journey of growth it offers. I love being a part of the Thothub Team, bringing a unique style and energy to our wonderful community ✨💜

There are a few things to keep in mind when preparing for a yoga class. Here are some tips:
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.
Make sure you have enough water in the yoga room or class to stay hydrated.
Our yoga room is fully equipped, you will find everything you need for class. But you can of course bring your own if you want.
Don't forget to maintain a positive attitude and an open mind to fully enjoy the benefits of a yoga class.
